Eastern Airwaves, LLC, an affiliate of Curtis Media, Inc. has agreed to purchase FM Translator Radio Stations W263CC, on Channel 263 (100.5 MHz), at Danville, Virginia; W234BZ, on Channel 234 (94.7 MHz), at Indian Trails, North Carolina and the construction permit to construct FM Translator Radio Station W284CL on Channel 284 (104.7 MHz), at Sanford, North Carolina from Positive Alternative Radio, Inc., a North Carolina non-profit corporation. *

The purchase price is $210,000.00.  

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the buyer in this transaction. Robert Branch represented the seller.
