Eastern Airwaves, LLC, an affiliate of Curtis Media, Inc. has agreed to purchase the construction permit for FM Translator Station W290CJ Liberty, NC from Tri-Ad Family Network Incorporated, a North Carolina non-profit corporation, doing business as Triad Family Network, Inc.* The purchase price is $75,000.

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the buyer in this transaction.
