Eastern Airwaves, LLC, an affiliate of Curtis Media, Inc. has closed on the purchase of the construction permit for FM Translator Station W228CM Greensboro, NC from Wake Forest University.  The purchase price is $125,000. 

In addition, Eastern Airwaves, LLC, has closed on the purchase of FM Translator Station W267AM, Mocksville, NC from Tri-Ad Family Network Incorporated, a North Carolina non-profit corporation, doing business as Triad Family Network, Inc.  The purchase price is $150,000.  On July 10, 2013 the FCC awarded a Construction Permit for W267AM to increase power to 250 watts and change Principal Community Served to Winston-Salem.

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the buyer in these transactions.
