Eastern Airwaves, LLC, an affiliate of Curtis Media, Inc. has closed on the purchase of the construction permit for FM Translator Station W285EU Jamestown (High Point) North Carolina from Tri-Ad Family Network Incorporated, a North Carolina non-profit corporation, doing business as Triad Family Network, Inc. The contract price is $100,000.

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the buyer in this transaction.
