Educational Media Foundation has agreed to purchase KHLB FM, licensed to Mason, Texas and KRZS FM, licensed to Hunt, Texas from Munbilla Broadcasting.* 

The Buyer has multiple radio interests across the nation and is headed by Mike Novak.

The Seller has additional radio interests in the Texas Hill Country and is headed by Shane Fox.

Bill Whitley of our Dallas represented the Seller as the exclusive broker for this transaction.
