Educational Media Foundation has completed its acquisition of radio station KDJZ-FM, licensed to Harwood, ND and serving the Fargo, ND/Moorhead, MN market, from Tom Ingstad North Dakota Broadcasting, LLC for $750,000.

Jody McCoy of Media Services Group was the exclusive broker in this transaction, representing the Seller.
