Educational Media Foundation, Inc. (EMF) has agreed to purchase WHWT (FM), New Hope, AL (serving Huntsville) from Stroh Communications.*

Eddie Esserman of the St. Simons Island, GA, office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the seller in this transaction.
