Stone Canyon Media Group, LLC has closed on their purchase a cluster of
FM stations serving the Flagstaff-Prescott, AZ market, from Grenax
Broadcasting II, LLC.

The stations are: KBTK (FM) Kachina Village, AZ, KFLX (FM) Chino Valley,
AZ, KSED (FM) Sedona, AZ, and KWMX (FM) Williams, AZ.

George Reed and Megan Reed of the Jacksonville office of Media Services
Group served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
