Bliss Communications, Inc., publisher of The Janesville Gazette and parent company of Racine Broadcasting, LLC and West Bend Broadcasting, Inc. has closed the sale of Milwaukee market radio stations WRJN-AM and WEZY-FM in Racine and WBKV-AM and WBWI-FM in West Bend, Wisconsin, to Magnum Communications, Inc., based in Tomah, Wisconsin. The sale price was $2,250,000.

Bob Heymann, Director of the Chicago office of Media Services Group, Inc., was the exclusive broker in this transaction.
