The Free Lance-Star Publishing Company of Fredericksburg, Virginia has agreed to purchase the assets of WWUZ-FM, Bowling Green, Virginia from Rappahannock Communications, Inc. for $2.15 million cash.*

The Buyer publishes the daily newspaper Free Lance-Star and operates WFLS-FM, WYSK-AM, Fredericksburg and WYSK-FM, Spottsylvania, Virginia. The Seller has no other broadcast interests.

Mitt Younts represented Free Lance-Star in the transaction.
