Galaxy ll Media, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company has agreed to purchase the construction permit for FM Translator Station W221CZ, licensed to South Burlington, Vermont from Sun Signals LLC, a Florida limited liability company.*

The purchase price is $67,500. 

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
