GI Family Radio has signed an agreement to purchase the assets of radio stations KSWN-FM and KIOD-FM, both licensed to McCook, NE, from Austin McCook, LLC.*

GI Family Radio will operate the stations as _McCook Family Radio_ under the terms of a local marketing agreement commencing September 1, 2005.

Jody McCoy and Tom McKinley served as exclusive brokers and represented the seller in this transaction.
