Grace Community Church of Amarillo has agreed to purchase KBZD-FM serving the Amarillo, Texas market from Tejas Broadcasting, Limited. The Buyer is headed by Bill Gehm, President. The Seller is headed by James Anderson, CEO and has additional broadcast interests in Texas and New Mexico.   

The purchase price is $400,000.*

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office and George Reed of the Jacksonville office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive brokers representing the Seller.
