BAG LLC, a New York limited liability company has agreed to purchase Television Station WMKG-CA licensed to Muskegon, MI from Kelley Enterprises of Muskegon, Inc., a Michigan corporation.*  WMKG operates on analog channel 38, and also holds a construction permit for a companion digital channel 49. 

The purchase price is $500,000.  Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the seller in this transaction.
