Guadalupe Radio Network has agreed to purchase KYRT FM licensed to Hunt, Texas and serving Kerrville, Texas from Munbilla Broadcasting.  The buyer is headed by Len Oswald and has several other Texas broadcast interests.  The seller is headed by Shane Fox and has other radio interests in Mason and Kingsland, Texas.  The purchase price is $185,000.

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group represented the Seller as the exclusive broker for this transaction.
