Henderson Broadcasting Co., LP has completed its purchase of radio station KNTX-AM, licensed to Bowie, Texas from Buckalew Media.

Buckalew Media is headed by Robert Buckalew. Henderson Broadcasting is headed by Charles Henderson.

Bill Whitley served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
