Monte Spearman’s High Plains Radio Network has closed on two deals. It has acquired WDMS-FM, WGVM-AM and W247BA-FM serving Greenville, MS from ArkLaMs, LLC. The purchase price was $500,000.

It has also acquired KFFA-AM and KFFA-FM serving Helena, AR from Delta Broadcasting, Inc. The purchase price was $475,000.

Bill Cate of the Little Rock office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
