Monte Spearman_s High Plains Radio Network has closed on the acquisition of radio stations in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He acquired Scott Gray_s 3 FM cluster, KYMT-FM, a class A, licensed to Gassville, AR, KJMT-FM, a C-3, licensed to Calico Rock, AR and KCMC-FM, a C-3, licensed to Viola, AR, all owned and operated by Malvern Entertainment Corporation and Gray Media Corporation of Alexander, Arkansas. The purchase price is $820,000.
