Hill Wireless, LLC has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KRVA-FM, licensed to Campbell, TX, from LKCM Radio Licenses, LP.*

The Buyer is headed by Ivan Hill who has broadcast interests in KGVL/KIKT serving Greenville, Texas.  The Seller is headed by J. Luther King, Jr. who has broadcast interests in Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada.  The purchase price is $135,000.

Bill Whitley of Media Services Group’s Dallas office represented the Buyer as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
