Hochman Communications has closed on its purchase of radio station KONI-FM in Maui, Hawaii, from Dixon Broadcasting for $1.15 million.

Hochman Communications also owns radio stations KTOH-FM and KITH-FM in Kauai, Hawaii.

Mitt Younts, Bob Maccini, Stephan Sloan and Tom McKinley initiated this transaction and represented the Seller in the negotiations.
