Hog Radio and Ozark Communications, along with Hawkeye Communications enter into an asset exchange agreement in Arkansas

Hog Radio, Inc. and Ozark Communications, Inc. along with Hawkeye Communications, Inc. have entered into an asset exchange agreement in Arkansas. Ozark Communications will transfer radio station KDYN FM licensed to Ozark, Arkansas to Hog Radio.  Hog Radio will transfer KLYR FM licensed to Clarksville, Arkansas to Ozark Communications.  Hog Radio will also transfer radio station KLYR AM licensed to Clarksville, Arkansas to Hawkeye Communications with additional cash consideration of $300,000.*

Jay Bunyard serves as President of Hog Radio and has multiple radio interests in Arkansas.  Jerry Dietz serves as President of Ozark Communications and Hawkeye Communications and has radio interests in Arkansas and Iowa.
