Holladay Broadcasting has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations KBYO-AM/FM, Tallulah, LA, from Tiger Communications for $450,000.*

Bob Holladay is the president of Holladay Broadcasting. The company also owns stations in Monroe, LA.

Everet Stroop is the president of Tiger Communications. The company has no other broadcast interests.

Bill Whitley served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
