February 24, 2014

KZMG-FM, licensed to Melba, Idaho and owned by Kevin Terry of JLD Media, closed on their sale to FM Idaho of Boise, Idaho for $800,000. KZMG-FM recently moved to Deer Point, the main Boise antenna farm.

As part of this transaction, KINF-FM licensed to Gooding, Idaho and owned by FM Idaho, moved to Twin Falls, Idaho and was sold to local group owner Kim Lee, President of Lee Family Broadcasting for $300,000.

Both stations have recently changed formats serving Boise or Twin Falls, Idaho. These transactions are, in part, a result a Rulemaking (MB06-72), adding new services and making changes to 15 stations in Nevada, Oregon and Montana.

Kevin Terry, of JLD Media was instrumental in the technical aspects to facilitate these transactions.

Greg Merrill of Media Services Group was the broker on these stations.
