III & W Broadcasting LLC has agreed to purchase KHLB FM and KZZM FM  licensed to Mason, Texas from Munbilla Broadcasting Properties Ltd.*  The buyer is headed by Tim Walker, a local Mason businessman. The seller is headed by Shane Fox and has other broadcast interests in Texas.  The total consideration is $130,000. 

 

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group represented the seller as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
