Intelli, LLC has closed its acquisition of KPAM (AM) Portland, Oregon, and KKOV (AM) Vancouver, Washington from Pamplin Communications Corp. The total purchase price was $1,200,000.

Intelli, LLC owns Vietnamese-language radio stations in San Jose, Dallas and Atlanta.

Pamplin Communications Corp. owns The Portland Tribune, as well as 24 other regional newspapers. KPAM/KKOV were their only broadcast holdings.
