J.W. Broadcasting, Inc., headed by Joe Weber, has completed its acquisition of radio station WWAA-AM, serving Atlanta, GA from InterMart Broadcasting of Georgia, Inc., headed by Jim Martin, for $12 million.

Eddie Esserman was the exclusive broker representing the seller in this transaction.
