Jim Carroll has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations KDRG-AM, Deer Lodge, MT, and KANA-AM/KGLM-FM, Anaconda, MT, from Valley Communications (Edith Fransen, President) for $250,000.*

KDRG-AM is a Class IV on 1400 Khz, KANA operates on 580 Khz with 1,000 watts and KGLM-FM is on 97.7 Mhz with 210 watts ERP at 940_ HAAT.

Edith Fransen has no other broadcast interests. Jim Carroll managed properties in Kemmer, WY, for several years and recently sold his interest in KOTB-FM, Evanston, WY. He has also recently entered into agreements to purchase stations in Texas and Wyoming.
