John and Jean Kircher of Minot, ND, have agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KBTO-FM in Bottineau, ND, from Richard and Alice Ivers of Ivers Broadcasting, Inc. for $595,000.*

KBTO operates at 101.9 mhz.

The Kirchers have no other broadcast interests.

William H. Lytle represented Ivers Broadcasting in this transaction.
