KEGH Sold to AASAA Media

AASAA Media LLC of West Jordan, Utah is purchasing KEGH-FM in the Salt Lake metro from SLC Divestiture Trust II for $1,800,000 cash.* AASAA Media, LLC entered into a Local Programming and Marketing Agreement on June 24, 2015 and began programming Hispanic/Mexican music.

KEGH-FM is a Class C FM facility licensed to Woodruff, Utah broadcasting on 107.1 MHz with 89,000 watts ERP with a HAAT of 647 meters. The KEGH-FM main signal is enhanced with 4 boosters licensed to Ogden, Bountiful, Salt Lake City and Provo, Utah. AASAA earlier this spring filed for the assignment of license for radio station KMRI-AM licensed to West Valley City, Utah.
