KGVL Radio, LLC has reached an agreement to purchase radio stations KGVL-AM and  KIKT-FM serving Greenville, Texas.  The buyer, KGVL Radio, LLC is headed by Alpha Horne and has no other broadcast interests.  The seller, Susquehanna Radio Corporation, is a subsidiary of Cumulus Media Partners which owns and operates numerous other broadcast properties.  The purchase price is $600,000.*
