LR Telecasting, LLC has closed its acquisition of television stations KMYA (DT) Camden/Little Rock, Arkansas and KMYA (LP) Sheridan/Little Rock, Arkansas. The total purchase price was $2,500,000.

LR Telecasting is principally owned by William Pollack and the Pollack Companies and is based in Memphis, TN. Pollack owns the ABC and MeTV affiliate TV stations in Alexandria, LA, and dominant AM radio stations in Evanston, Elgin and Aurora, Illinois, and Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as 22 movie screens in Nebraska, Arkansas and Missouri.

The seller is I Square Media, LLC, owned by Shash Goyal, Ladly Abraham and Raj Chakka of Little Rock. They have no other broadcast interests.

The exclusive broker for this transaction was Bill Cate, of Media Services Group.
