La Favorita Broadcasting, Inc. has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KSLK-FM, Visalia, California, from New Visalia Broadcasting, Inc. for $1.8 million.*

La Favorita also owns radio stations KAFY-AM, KNTO-FM, KSKD-FM, KBYN-FM and KCFA-FM in California_s Central Coast and Coast Valley area.

R. Thomas McKinley of Media Services Group, Inc._s San Francisco South office served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
