Lake County Radio, L.P. has completed its acquisition of radio stations KLVQ-AM, licensed to Athens, Texas and KCKL-FM, licensed to Malakoff, Texas from Cedar Creek Radio Company and Love Radio Company, for $550,000.

Lake County Radio is owned by Jim Stansell, CEO, and David Gates, COO, both of Dallas.  Mr. Stansell is the former owner of KLAK and KMKT in Sherman-Denison.

Cedar Creek Radio and Love Radio are owned by Adabeth Routt who has no other broadcast interests.
