WSOS-FM, Inc. and Westshore Broadcasting, Inc. (Ed & Ron Roseman) have sold the assets of radio stations WSOS-AM/FM, licensed to St. Augustine Beach and St. Augustine, FL, to Lakeshore Media, LLC (Bruce Buzil & Chris Devine) for $4.0 million.*
