Lakeshore Media, LLC (Bruce Buzil & Chris Devine) has completed the acquisition of radio stations WSOS-AM/FM, licensed to St. Augustine Beach and St. Augustine, FL, from WSOS-FM, Inc. and Westshore Broadcasting, Inc. (Ed & Ron Roseman) for $4.0 million.
