College Creek Broadcasting has agreed to sell two FM CPs licensed to Minatare and Mitchell, NE, serving Scottsbluff, NE, to Legacy Communications of Nebraska*.

Jody McCoy of Media Services Group_s Colorado Springs office was the exclusive broker and represented the seller in this transaction.
