Longport Media, headed by local attorney George Miller,  has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations WBSS-AM, WMGM-FM, WOND-AM, WTKU-FM, and WWAC-FM , Atlantic City-Cape May, NJ from Atlantic Broadcasting of Linwood NJ, LLC (Debtor in Possession).*  The price is $4.2 million.

Tom McKinley and George Reed of Media Services Group represented the seller in this transaction.
