Blue Moose Broadcasting, LLC has signed an Asset Purchase Agreement for the transfer of the assets of radio station WSAG 104.1 FM, licensed to Pinconning, Michigan, serving the Saginaw-Bay City-Midland market, to MacDonald Broadcasting Company. *

 

The station will operate under an LMA which will commence on Monday, April 18.
