MacDonald Broadcasting Company has completed the acquisition of radio station WSAG 104.1 FM, licensed to Pinconning, Michigan, serving the Saginaw-Bay City-Midland market, from Blue Moose Broadcasting, LLC. The selling price was $750,000 cash.

Jody McCoy was the exclusive broker in the transaction and represented the seller.
