Mapleton Communications LLC has completed its purchase the assets of radio stations KUHL-AM, licensed to Santa Maria, CA and KTME-AM, licensed to Lompoc, CA from Blackhawk Communications, Inc. for $1.3 Million.

Jody McCoy served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
