Maranatha Broadcasting Company, Inc., headed by Richard Dean, has completed its acquisition of radio station KSTR 96.1 FM, licensed to Montrose, serving Grand Junction, Colorado from Leggett Broadcasting, Inc., for $900,000.  Leggett Broadcasting is headed by Brad Leggett.
