MCDJ, LLC has reached an agreement to purchase WASO AM licensed to Covington, LA,  from Claude Lightfoot, Federal Court appointed Receiver. 

MCDJ is headed by W. Christopher Beary and recently purchased WGSO AM in New Orleans. 

The purchase price is $587,100.*

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker for this transaction representing the Receiver.
