Media Services Group Retained To Offer For Sale Ft. Wayne, Indiana Area Radio Stations

Media Services Group, the nation’s leading media brokerage firm, has been retained by Northeast Indiana Public Radio, Inc. to offer for sale WBNI-FM, WCKZ-FM, and FM translator station W204BF.
Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group is serving as the exclusive broker representing the seller.
WBNI-FM, licensed to Roanoke, IN is a class A commercial station operating with 3.4 kW at 94.1 MHz. The station is presently programming a classical music format.
WCKZ-FM, licensed to Orland, IN is a class A non-commercial station operating with 2kW at 91.3 MHz. The station is currently simulcasting the programming of WBNI-FM.
W204BF, licensed to Ft. Wayne, IN is a non-commercial FM translator station operating with .01 kW at 88.7 MHz. The station is currently simulcasting the programming of WBNI-FM.
The price for all three stations is $2,500,000.
