WSJM, Inc., an affiliate of Mid-West Family Broadcasting has agreed to purchase WNSN(FM), WSBT(AM), W241AD, WZOC(FM) and WHFB(FM) from Gray Television Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.* These radio stations are part of Gray’s pending acquisition of the broadcast assets of Schurz Communications, Inc. The purchase price is $5,500,000.

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the buyer in this transaction.
