MidNation Media, LLC, (Karl Lieber) has closed on the company_s acquisition of the KNDH-FM construction permit, licensed to Hettinger, North Dakota from ALMA Corporation (Dennis Wallace).

Jody McCoy of Media Services Group_s Colorado Springs office was the exclusive broker and represented the seller in this transaction.
