Midvalley Radio Partners, LLC, has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations KUBA-AM and

KXCL-FM, Yuba City-Marysville, CA, from the Harlan Family Trust for $3.8 million cash*.

Austin P. Walsh of Media Services Group, Inc. initiated this transaction and represented Midvalley Radio Partners, LLC, in the negotiations.
