Millcreek Broadcasting, LLC an entity of Chris Devine and Bruce Buzil out of Chicago has closed on its purchase of KMXU-FM, Manti, UT, for $2.0 million from Sanpete County Broadcasting Co., Doug Barton, president.

KMXU-FM is licensed to Manti, southwest of Salt Lake City, and operates on 105.1 MHZ as a Class C with 63,000 Watts ERP and a HAAT of 719 Meters. Sanpete County Broadcasting Co., will keep its AM station KMTI, also licensed to Manti.
