Millcreek Broadcasting, LLC, has closed on the purchase of radio station KOTB-FM, Evanston, WY, from Rocky Mountain Radio Network for $1.65 million.

KOTB-FM is a Class C3 that operates on 106.2 and covers the Evanston market.

Millcreek Broadcasting, LLC, is headed by Bruce Buzil and Chris Devine. Rocky Mountain Radio Network is co-owned by Mr. and Mrs. David B. Smith and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Carroll. They will retain KEVA-AM in Evanston.

Greg Merrill represented Evanston Broadcasting in the negotiations.
