Millcreek Broadcasting, LLC has closed on its purchase of radio station KOVO-AM, Provo, UT, from The Great Stock Company of Vast International Import, Inc.

Millcreek Broadcasting has been operating the station under an LMA since earlier this year.

Millcreek Broadcasting is owned by Bruce Buzil and Chris Devine. They own several other stations in the Salt Lake area. KOVO-AM broadcasts on 960 khz with 5,000 watts day an 1,000 watts night.
