Millcreek Broadcasting, LLC has agreed to purchase the assets of KCUA-FM, Coalville, Utah from Community Wireless of Park City, Inc. for $2,260,000.*

KCUA-FM is licensed to Coalville, Utah East of Salt Lake City and adjacent to Park City, Utah. KCUA operates at 92.5 Mhz with a CP to upgrade to a C3. KCUA-FM currently simulcast KPCW-FM in Park City, Utah.

Milcreek Broadcasting, LLC is headed by Chris Devine and Bruce Buzil and owns several other stations in the Salt Lake City market area. Community Wireless of Park City, Inc. is headed by husband and wife Blair and Susan Feulner.
